Knowledge Overview
The Knowledge section (also called Sources) is your document management hub on the Jeen AI Platform. It's where you upload, organize, and share files that the AI can reference during conversations. Think of it as your organization's AI-accessible library.
Why Knowledge Matters
When you upload documents to Knowledge, they become searchable by the AI. This means:
- The AI can find relevant information in your documents when you ask questions
- You can point the AI to specific files during a conversation
- Your team can share a common knowledge base
- Documents are processed and indexed for fast retrieval
